It gives us great pleasure in informing you that TPL Direct Insurance, the insurance arm of our group TPL Holdings, had an “Initial Public Offering” of 5.0 million Ordinary shares at a price of Rs.10.0 per share from August 1^st -  August 4^th, 2011.

Our underwriters for the IPO include AKD Securities Limited, Invest Capital Investment Bank Ltd., Pak Libya Holding Company (Pvt.) Ltd. and Sindh Bank Ltd.

TDI has witnessed a nearly 50% YOY growth in the face of an overall declining motor insurance market, political instability, riots & increasing car prices. From a mere position of 37^th company in the industry born only six years ago, TDI has climbed its way up the ladder to now proudly stand at 6^th position in the motor insurance segment.
