24-hour Call Centre Service
TDI operates a 24-hour Call Centre; this state of the art facility consists of trained professionals, who are there to solve all your typical or exceptional car insurance issues. Personalized Insurance Rates
Attractive insurance rates based on both the profile of the driver, the vehicle’s condition and its usage. We do not believe in treating our customers with across the board premium rates, rather the benefits of being a cautious and considerate driver will be passed on to you.

C-track with Monitoring at no additional cost
TDI is offering free usage of C-track Secure Unit with No Annual Monitoring Charges during the currency of the policy cover at its own cost. The installation is done to further protect your vehicle from being stolen, otherwise, in case of theft even though insured it causes you the loss of annual premium, time, depreciation and other
inconveniences, without any additional security. Noweven existing C-trackSecure Customers can enjoy the benefit of Free Annual Monitoring by insuring their
vehicles with TDI. If the Annual Monitoring has been paid to TPL Trakker (Pvt.) Ltd,
then refund for the remaining months will be discounted from the premium. As an additional facility to TDI customers of 5 years, they will become the owner of the C-track unit by paying a nominal amount of Rs.2,000. If at any time earlier you decide to discontinue the policy, you will be given the option to retain the C-track unit at its depreciated cost. TDI’s Free C-track Secure services with monitoring
offer provide the safety of your vehicle, and security for your loved onzes. This
feature is available with all TDI products except those under ‘without C-track option’.

No-Claim Bonus Benefits
You can earn no-claim bonus of 5% on every claim-free renewal. This can be accumulated up to a maximum of 25% subject to minimum premium charge of Rs.19,600* or as agreed as per the policy terms.

TDI’s Business Partners are also there for you
Major car manufacturers, leading banks, leasing firms and well established car repairing workshops are engaged in exclusive relationships, with TDI as their Trakker Business Partner (TBP). The job of these TBPs is to work closely
with us in order to facilitate our customers, whether it comes to offering the customers TDI insurance when buying or leasing their vehicles or to get their cars repaired as per optimum quality standards and in minimum possible time.

Free Ambulance Services
For the first time in Pakistan TDI offers  its customers and their immediate family members residing with the insured the Free Ambulance Service to handle critical medical emergencies or injuries. The Ambulance is unique and is fully equipped with most advanced life saving equipments and drugs including the heart defribrrator, ventilator, monitors, survival collars, etc. This is managed by National Medical Centre(NMC), DHA and each Ambulance have the services of full time trained Doctors and Paramedics. This service is available round the clock by informing our Call Centre at 111-000-301. Since the vehicles are parked in DHA therefore patients in the vicinity of DHA and Clifton can avail this facility far quicker than far off places. This service is voluntary and customer will have to sign the consent form holding TDI and NMC harmless of any liability. The service is free but use of necessary medicine(s) provided to patient during the transportation to the hospital shall be charged at actuals.  

Compensating a Loss
You no longer have to wait for months or go through any hassle to obtain a Police Final Report, to receive your claim, in case of loss of vehicle; TDI ensures your car back or money back in 7 days, with procedures to be completed later. In case of an accident, your claim is processed by simply making a phone call. For details, please refer to our “Lodging a Claim”, section.

Courtesy Car
We understand that having your car off the road can cause you a lot of inconvenience and really disrupt your work and personal life. Having said this, TDI helps ease the inconvenience you may experience, by providing you with a Courtesy Car in the event that your car is declared Constructive Total Loss or is stolen and remains unrecovered.  TDI will provide courtesy car if unable to settle your claim within seven days from the date of receipt of all pertinent claim documents.

Towing Facility
If you have taken additional cover for towing facility and vehicle gets damaged and becomes unserviceable TDI will get your vehicle towed to the nearest TBP workshop.

Emergency Expenses
In circumstances where emergency services are required, a sum of up to Rs.500 can be paid, if covered by the policy. These instances could include traveling expenses if the vehicle is stolen or damaged when the vehicle is beyond 60 km of its normally garaged location. Also in the possibility where the vehicle requires immediate repairs in order to drive the vehicle home or continue the journey. Other emergency services by TDI include out patient medical care as well as the dispatch of ambulance services to the required location. Repair Guarantee
In case of an accident your car not only gets repaired by reputable workshops on a timely basis, but also carries a guarantee for a period of 6 months following the date of repair, provided we have authorized the repair and the repair works have been carried out by a TBP workshop. To ensure that you have ample time to evaluate the quality of work performed on your vehicle.

Vehicle Written off
If you have selected comprehensive cover and your vehicle is damaged to the extent that it is uneconomical to repair, we will replace the vehicle with a new vehicle of the same make and model subject to its market availability.

Exclusive TDI Membership Card
On acquiring comprehensive insurance cover, the policy holder will be given a TDI membership card, which you can use to activate your insurance, utilize any road-side assistance, when you are visiting a TBP for repair or for tracking the delivery of your repaired vehicle, plus a host of other benefits/privileges.
